We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Administrator to join our IT Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting various applications and servers. The role also involves close collaboration with developers and external vendors to ensure seamless service availability and system performance.

• Maintain and troubleshoot applications and hosted servers.
• Coordinate with Level 2 System Vendor Support for escalated issues.
• Create, track, and follow up on development tickets with system vendors.
• Configure new services and features in accordance with business requirements.
• Identify, resolve, and log web application errors.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Manage deployments and perform environment setups.
• Write automation scripts for routine operations and efficiency.
• Participate in application development and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers for seamless software releases.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git.
• Plan, estimate, and prioritize software-related tasks.
• Apply system security updates and software patches as required.
